About Us

Sarb Sewa Society is a non-profit organization that considers service to humanity as its greatest duty. We believe that every person deserves a dignified and meaningful life.

Our work is focused on different areas:

1. Disaster Relief & Rehabilitation – Providing immediate help, food, medicines, and shelter to families affected during natural disasters (such as floods, earthquakes, etc.).

2. Healthcare Support – Organizing free health camps, distributing medicines, and arranging blood donation drives for the poor and needy.

3. Education & Awareness – Creating opportunities for children to study, running literacy campaigns, career guidance, and awareness programs.

4. Women & Child Welfare – Empowering women through skill training, ensuring child safety and development initiatives.

5. Community Development – Conducting cleanliness drives, tree plantation campaigns, and projects that lead society towards a positive direction.

With the support of volunteers and donors, Sarb Sewa Society moves forward every day in the service of humanity. We believe that “Service is the greatest form of worship.”

President Message

Dear Friends,

It is my honor and privilege to serve as the President of Sarb Sewa Society. Our organization was founded with a simple yet powerful belief – that true worship lies in serving humanity. Every act of kindness, every step towards helping someone in need, brings us closer to building a compassionate and inclusive society.

Through our initiatives in disaster relief, healthcare, education, women and child welfare, and community development, we strive to reach those who need us most. The smiles on the faces of the people we serve are our greatest reward and motivation to continue this journey selflessly.

I am deeply grateful to our dedicated volunteers, generous donors, and well-wishers who stand beside us and make our mission possible. Together, we can continue to bring positive change and uphold the values of humanity, compassion, and service.

Let us keep moving forward with the spirit of “Sewa”, ensuring that no one is left behind.

With warm regards,
[Balraj Singh]
President, Sarb Sewa Society

What People Says

“During the most difficult days of COVID-19, when our work stopped and there was nothing to eat at home, Sarb Sewa Society came to our village and organized a free langar. Their volunteers served us warm food without fear and gave us courage that we were not alone. We still remember their kindness with gratitude.”

“When we had to go to the hospital for treatment, we didn’t have an Ayushman Health Card. The volunteers from Sarb Sewa Society guided us and helped us throughout the process. They made our card free of cost and explained how we could use government healthcare benefits. Their humanity and helping nature deeply touched our hearts.”

“The beauty of our village is that, inspired by Sarb Sewa Society, we all come together to serve langar at PGI. Each household contributes something — some give grains, some work hard, and some give their time for service. This is not just about food, but about love and unity. Seeing relief and peace on the faces of patients and their attendants makes us truly happy.”

“I never imagined that something so meaningful would be done for women like me, who mostly work at home. Sarb Sewa Society taught us new cooking skills, ways to prepare clean and healthy meals, and even organized a wonderful cooking competition. I not only learned new skills but also gained confidence that I can do something meaningful. This step has brought a positive change in our lives.”
